Gerding Builders has been Building a Better Standard for nearly 60 years. As a 100% employee-owned general contractor, every member of our team is personally invested in delivering exceptional projects and lasting relationships.

With a growing presence in Idaho, we provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Design-Build, and General Contracting services for education, healthcare, public, commercial, industrial, housing, and nonprofit projects. From preconstruction through completion, we partner closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to deliver quality construction with transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
